Dean Bid for DNC Chair Gets Boost

Former presidential candidate Howard Dean's makes progress in his bid to succeed Terry McAuliffe as chair of the Democratic National Committee, winning the endorsement of the state Democratic party chairs as well as Harold Ickes, a party activist close to the Clintons.
