Super Strategy: Icing the Kicker

New England and Philadelphia can count on top-notch field goal kicking in Sunday's Super Bowl. Adam Vinatieri of the Patriots and David Akers of the Eagles both kick well under pressure. But when the game is on the line, even the calmest place kicker can be susceptible to icing. That's when the defensive team calls one or more consecutive timeouts to build pressure.
