Perspectives on Bush's 'Ownership Society'

President Bush has often referred to an "ownership society" in describing his domestic agenda, especially his plans for privatizing portions of Social Security. Robert Siegel talks about the concept with David Boaz of the libertarian Cato Institute and Jacob Hacker of Yale University and the liberal New America Foundation.
