Rice Criticizes Iran's 'Unelected Mullahs'

On her first overseas tour as secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice focuses on efforts by European nations to negotiate a resolution with Iran over its nuclear program. In London, Rice sharply criticized Iran's "unelected mullahs." She also told reporters the United States has no plans to attack Iran.
