Ice in Boston Harbor Challenges Coast Guard

Parts of the Boston Harbor have frozen over, so much so that the Coast Guard's lone icebreaking tug in Boston has needed some help. The Ida Lewis has come up from Newport to put critical buoys back in place, and Fred Thys rides along.
