Advocates Express Concern over Cuts in 2006 Budget
President Bush's 2006 budget is released Monday, and he has warned lawmakers that programs will be cut in order to reduce the deficit. Advocates fear this means sharp cutbacks in federal programs designed to benefit low-income Americans.
