Questions of Power, Policy as Iraqi Votes Tallied

The results of Iraq's Jan. 30 elections should be made available this week. A religiously oriented Shiite Muslim slate of candidates is expected to win the most seats in Iraq's new parliament. It remains unclear what posts Sunni Muslims will hold, and what role Islam's Sharia law will play in Iraq's legal system.
