NAACP Spars with IRS over Tax Status

The NAACP refuses a request by the IRS to turn over information related to a speech given last July by the civil-rights group's chairman Julian Bond. The IRS says Bond violated the NAACP's tax status by delivering the speech, which was critical of President Bush.
