From Sweet to Sour: Splenda, Sugar Battle in Court
Marketers of the popular sugar substitute Splenda and the Sugar Association are locked in a legal battle over allegations that the artificial sweetener uses false advertising. The dispute comes on the heels of an announcement by Coca-Cola that it plans to use Splenda in a new version of Diet Coke. NPR's Luke Burbank reports.
