Letters: The Rat Race, and Call Waiting

On Monday we read from your letters. During our program on happiness and its relation to economics, we talked about leaving the 'rat race' to help find happiness. Our discussion on time spent on the phone waiting to speak with a customer service representative revealed that many of you have a lot of experience being on hold.
