A massive car bomb attack kills former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and at least 9 others in Beirut. Hariri resigned as prime minister last fall after a dispute with Syria over its role in Lebanon. Melissa Block talks with Rami Khouri, editor-at-large of the Daily Star newspaper.
