How can the black-white education gap be narrowed? NPR's Ed Gordon addresses the issue with Peggy Salter, an eighth-grade teacher at Langston Hughes Middle School on Chicago's South Side, and Tyrone Howard, assistant professor of urban schooling at UCLA's Graduate School of Education and Information Studies.
