Bolivia's Provinces Granted Regional Autonomy
Bolivia's central government in the capital of La Paz agrees to allow regional autonomy for all of the South American nation's provinces. In January, protesters took to the streets in the eastern province of Santa Cruz to demand greater regional autonomy.
