Panel Begins Review of the Tax Code

Overhauling the tax code is one of the president's major policy goals for his second term, and he has appointed a panel to look into changing it. The panel's chair, former Republican Sen. Connie Mack III of Florida, and the Democratic vice chairman, former Louisiana Sen. John Breaux, discuss simplifying the tax code.
