The Foreign Service Career of John Negroponte

Gary Schmidt, director of the conservative Project for The New American Century, discusses the foreign service career of the first director of national intelligence, John Negroponte. During the Reagan administration, Negroponte was a U.S. ambassador involved in helping rebels in Nicaragua.
