Bush Criticizes EU Plans to Lift China Arms Embargo

One of the issues that divides the United States and Europe is a 15-year-old arms embargo on China that Europe wants to end. The embargo was imposed after the 1989 Tiananmen Square crackdown on pro-democracy activists. President Bush says lifting the embargo would change the balance of relations between China and Taiwan.
