Somalian Leaders in Kenya Consider Return Home

Somalia has been without any effective central authority since warlords ousted dictator Mohamed Siad Barre in 1991. Last year a transitional government was formed in neighboring Kenya. Several members of that new government plan to return soon to Somalia.
