Police Shootings in African-American Neighborhoods

The recent killing of Devin Brown, an African-American teen shot by police after an early morning car chase in Los Angeles, has once again focused attention on police shootings in the black community. While this incident and others have led some to believe these shootings are on the rise, statistics can't back up that suspicion. NPR's Allison Keyes reports.
