Arizona Seeks Reimbursement for Immigrant Criminals

Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano recently demanded federal reimbursement for the cost of incarcerating illegal aliens convicted of crimes. She and other Western governors have argued that states shouldn't have to pay for gaps in federal immigration policy. NPR's Ted Robbins reports.
