Brown's Oakland Curfew Draws Criticism

Former California governor — and current Oakland mayor — Jerry Brown stirs up controversy by backing a new nighttime curfew for some convicted felons. Brown says he's only interested in fighting crime, but critics accuse him of toughening his image in advance of a widely anticipated run for California attorney general.
