Saddam Hussein's half-brother, Sabawi Ibrahim al-Hassan al-Tikriti, is arrested by Syrian Kurds and handed over to Iraqi security forces. He is accused of directing the Iraqi insurgency from Syria. Melissa Block talks with Michael Doran, professor of Near Eastern studies at Princeton University.
