Opening Statements Begin in Michael Jackson Trial

Jurors hear opening statements in the Michael Jackson trial. The defense portrayed the pop star as a victim of an extortion scheme. Prosecutors told the jury that Jackson lured boys to his Neverland Valley Ranch to give them alcohol and showed them pornography.
