High Court Rules Ex-Spies Cannot Sue CIA
The Supreme Court rules that spies recruited by the U.S. government cannot go to court to enforce the terms of their agreement -- even when the government reneges. The court's unanimous ruling came in the case of two Eastern Bloc diplomats who spied for the U.S. government during the Cold War.
