Labor Leaders Meet to Address Declining Membership

Leaders of the union umbrella group AFL-CIO meet this week in Las Vegas to try to fix what they view as an ailing labor movement. But the conference is contentious: the group's largest union, Service Employees International Union, is threatening to leave if the AFL-CIO doesn't radically change its structure.
