Taser Stun Gun Use Sparks Safety Concerns
Tasers, the powerful stun guns used by police, are now available to consumers. The manufacturer says they are an effective and safe way for people to protect themselves, but human rights groups disagree and are calling for a ban. NPR's Eric Weiner reports.
