Sam Fulwood: Suits, Dresses in a Baggy Pants World
Commentator Sam Fulwood III was hopeful when the Virginia Legislature attempted to pass a law that would fine anyone caught wearing their pants so low it exposed their underwear. But the law didn't pass, and he longs for the days when men mostly wore suits and women wore dresses.
