African Film Shines at Festival

On a continent where most cinemas serve up a regular diet of Hollywood blockbusters and action flicks, movie fans at Africa's premier film festival have been enjoying a rare glimpse of their own culture. Crowds have queued under a searing sun at the Fespaco Festival — known locally as Africa's Cannes.
