Atlanta Shooter in Custody, Police Say

After an all-night manhunt, police catch the criminal defendant they say killed a judge, a court reporter and a deputy during a courthouse escape Friday. Brian Nichols, 33, was captured without further incident at an apartment in Duluth, Ga., Saturday morning. Outside the apartment was a pickup truck belonging to a U.S. Customs agent killed Saturday in north Atlanta.
