Beth Givens, director of the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, discusses the recent spate of security breaches at consumer data banks. Computer hackers accessed consumer data at ChoicePoint and Lexis-Nexis. The Privacy Rights Clearinghouse is a consumer advocacy group based in San Diego.
