Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice embarks on her first official visit to Asia; she arrives in India Tuesday. Rice is expected to address terrorism in Afghanistan and South Asia, restarting talks on North Korea's nuclear weapons and China's recent anti-secession law aimed at Taiwan.
