Senate Approves Plan to Drill for Oil in ANWR

NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports on Wednesday's U.S. Senate vote approving a plan to drill for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska — a goal sought by Republicans for two decades. However, the GOP plan to give oil companies access to the refuge is far from a done deal.
