Customer Sues Sears over Repair Service
Lawyer Joseph Williams of Baltimore County, Md., is unhappy with Sears. It's an issue of punctuality. Williams sued the company when a repairman failed to show up to fix his dryer at the time Sears said he would. He won his case, and received a $1 judgment... but he believes he sent the company an important message.
