Congress Resumes Bid to Intervene in Schiavo Case

The Senate holds a special session on Terri Schiavo, paving the way for the House to consider a bill aimed at sending the Schiavo case to the federal courts for review. Congressional Republicans say the federal courts should decide because of the constitutional issues involved.
