At a news conference in Beijing, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says she has asked Chinese leaders for help in getting North Korea to rejoin nuclear weapons talks. She said if Pyongyang refuses to resume talks, Washington and its Asian allies will have to pursue "other options."
