NPR's Eric Weiner reports on the latest in the court battle over treatment for Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged Florida woman at the center of a national debate. A federal judge on Tuesday denied an emergency request by Schiavo's parents to reinsert the feeding tube that was removed on Friday, and the parents have filed an appeal in a higher court.
