Explosion at Texas Oil Refinery Kills at Least 14

An explosion at a BP oil refinery in Texas City, Texas, kills at least 14 people and injures another 100. The blast occurred in an area of the plant that is used to boost octane levels. The cause is under investigation. Houston Public Radio's Jack Williams reports.
