An Arizona lawmaker faces removal from office for violating Arizona's Clean Election Law. Investigators say the freshman state representative, David Burnell Smith,, who accepted clean election money to help run his campaign, spent too much cash to win his legislative seat. Officials will decide Thursday whether to impose the harshest punishment: removal from office.
