NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks with Sudeep Reddy, energy reporter for The Dallas Morning News, about Wednesday's explosion at an oil refinery near Houston, Texas. Fourteen people were confirmed killed in the blast at the British Petroleum plant, and one person remains missing.
