Security Forces Seek to Restore Order in Kyrgyzstan

Interim leaders are attempting to take control and security forces are trying to restore order in the former Soviet republic of Kyrgyzstan. Looting has followed protests that overthrew Askar Askayev's administration. Askayev, said to be in Russia, insists he has not resigned.
