Evaluating the Next Envoy to Baghdad

April Senate hearings are scheduled to consider John Negroponte as Director of National Intelligence. If he's approved, the Senate must then address the nominee for ambassador to Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad. Yochi Dreazan of The Wall Street Journal talks about both men's styles.
