Iraqis Edge Closer to Convening Parliament

Iraq's national assembly won't convene this weekend, as planned. Delegates have had trouble reaching agreement on the leadership of a new government. But there are indications that the parliament could convene as early as Monday or Tuesday, despite continued disputes.
