NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks with Alissa Rubin, a reporter with The Los Angeles Times in Baghdad, about a car bombing Monday that killed seven people south of city. The attacks comes as Iraq's political leaders try to fill top government posts two months after parliamentary elections.
