California Mulls Decisions on Comatose Prisoners

Terry Schiavo's story raised ethical questions about prolonged care for patients who have little chance for recovery. But the dilemma can be even more complicated when the patient is a prison inmate. California is now trying to decide who has the final word when the prisoner is unable to make choices.
