Citizen border watchers converge on southern Arizona to begin a month-long stakeout for illegal immigrants.
The so-called Minuteman Project is seeking to stop illegal aliens from crossing a 23-mile stretch of the Mexican border in the San Pedro Valley, but turnout for the project has fallen short of organizers' predictions.
