Major League Baseball's Diversity Program

Monday marks opening day for many baseball teams across the country — and this season, much of the competition will occur outside of the dugout. Entreprenuers of color are vying to get in on the game through Major League Baseball's diversity business program. NPR's Faria Chideya speaks with Wendy Lewis, MLB's vice president of strategic planning for recruitment and diversity.
