Broadway has been producing revivals for years, so it makes sense that it would try to revive Shakespeare. The latest production of Julius Caesar includes Denzel Washington in the cast. He plays Brutus, Caesar's friend who becomes his assassin. The producers didn't go for period costume, so Washington isn't wearing a tunic. He makes his entrance wearing a gray business suit, a blue shirt — and a diamond stud in his left ear.
