Iraq's infamous Abu Ghraib prison, the scene of widespread abuse of detainees by U.S. soldiers, is now called Camp Redemption and every soldier is briefed on the Geneva Conventions. Still, some human rights groups find cause for concern in the growing numbers of people being held.
