Gore Becomes Media Mogul
Former Vice President and presidential candidate Al Gore will lead a new cable TV channel. He hopes it will appeal to young people with a mix of news, culture and the viewers themselves. Audience members will be invited to produce their own videos. It's interactive television with the goal of targeting young people who've drifted away to the Internet and inspiring them to get back on the couch in front of the TV like their parents.
