Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko speaks before Congress today, after a visit to Chicago Tuesday. The city is home to about 100,000 Ukrainian-Americans, many of whom were inspired by the Orange Revolution and helped Yushchenko win his office. Catrin Einhorn of Chicago Public Radio reports.
