National Guardsman Challenges 'Stop-Loss' Policy

A federal appeals court plans to hear the case of a National Guardsman who is challenging the Pentagon's "stop-loss" policy. The Oregon man had two weeks left on an 8-year contract when he was ordered to Afghanistan for a year-plus deployment.
